TUBE-TEC Rohrverformungstechnik GmbH is a globally recognized leader in advanced tube forming and welding. Headquartered in Nistertal, Germany, the company operates a state-of-the-art production facility spanning over 11,000 m², with approximately 160 employees. TUBE-TEC specializes in the manufacturing of custom tube systems – including coils, bends, and other technically sophisticated components – used across a wide range of industries such as power generation, chemicals, oil and gas, food processing, and pharmaceuticals.

To meet increasing demands for quality, efficiency, and production capacity, TUBE-TEC has made strategic investments in modernizing its machine park. The company began by acquiring a legacy Roundo bending machine, model R-5 in a special configuration originally manufactured for company Thale. After conducting thorough testing and evaluation of this machine, TUBE-TEC decided to take the next step and commissioned a brand-new, state-of-the-art machine from Swedish manufacturer SweBend – a technological evolution of the former Roundo model.

The new machine from Swebend represents a significant leap forward in bending technology. More than just a bending machine, it functions as an integrated production cell, combining multiple process steps into a single, streamlined system. This setup allows for more efficient and precise manufacturing, reduced handling times, and improved final product quality – further reinforcing TUBE-TEC’s position as a technological pioneer in the field of tube forming.
