SweBend SB3B 75
Here a standard SB3B-75 upgraded with PLC system and speed controls produce spirals from flat bar lengths. The robot then lift the spiral into a cutting station where it is separated to individual rings.
This production cell minimize production time as well as amount of material required for each individual ring.
Our machine seamlessly integrates into fully automatic production processes, of course designed for production 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
