SweBend delivers SB3X-140 to Spray Engineering

SweBend has delivered the SB3X-140, a heavy-duty section bending machine, to Spray Engineering – a sustainability-driven manufacturer of process equipment for the sugar, distillery, biofuel and wastewater industries.

One machine covers two jobs: day-to-day bending of large pressure-vessel support rings across a 1,500-6,100 mm diameter range, and a proof-of-capability spiral of 100 x 30 mm S355 flat bar down to inside diameter 500 mm. High side-roll bending force and drive torque keep the bar in plane for short flat ends and less scrap, and the operator runs it from the Wireless Bluetooth Control – no CNC.
