One control for every rolling machine you run
SEVEN X calculates the rolling steps from the shape and dimensions the operator enters. When a batch of material springs back differently, IRMA corrects the radius and keeps the correction for the rest of the batch. The same touchscreen runs SweBend plate rolls and section benders, and SweBend fits it to older machines of other brands in 2-3 days.

SURE
SURE is a laser measuring unit that travels along the rolls of a SweBend PB4 plate roll. Before rolling it checks that the plate has the right width and lies in the centre of the machine. After each section it reads the radius at the positions the operator chooses, and SEVEN X shows a proposed correction that the operator accepts or edits.
Offered as an option on the PB4 range. SweBend confirms radius accuracy for your plate, material and target radius.
